Grace is a qualified Physiotherapy with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Macquarie University. She has a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Grace also has a Master of Management from the University of Sydney (USYD).
With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, she’s worked as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and provides rugby team physio coverage.
For the past 4 years, Grace has specialised in teaching Pilates reformer and mat classes. This is a passion born from her own recovery and fitness journey. She enthusiastically brings the benefits of Pilates into the physiotherapy clinic.

Grace is dedicated to helping her patients move and feel their best, particularly in their recovery from injury. By combining physiotherapy and exercise in her treatment approach, Grace focus’ on long-term results. She has a keen interest in sports, general musculoskeletal injuries and women’s health.
Beyond work, Grace grew up playing multiple sports and still loves doing anything active especially if it’s outdoors by the ocean.
