JW Physical Health was founded in February 2020 by Jason Wright, our Principal Physiotherapist. Since then, our dedicated and growing team of Physiotherapists has always been passionate about helping patients achieve better health and mobility. All our physiotherapists have wealth of experience and they constantly upskill to improve their techniques and upgrade their qualifications. They draw upon elite sporting backgrounds, both as athletes and practitioners. Modern rehabilitation, strengthening and conditioning techniques practised by our physiotherapists will ensure you minimise your risk of re-injury and maintain long-term benefit after recovery.

With extensive knowledge of common conditions such as back pain, knee injuries, frozen shoulder and shoulder instability, sciatica, tendinopathies and bone stress injuries, we work with you to deliver evidence-based care tailored to your individual needs.

Our practitioners are also skilled in management and treatment of more specific conditions like headaches, chronic migraines, BPPV, vertigo and dizziness, TMJ disorders, Meniere’s Disease, balance issues and more.

Located in the heart of Bondi Junction in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, we accept all Health Fund Cards. We make the process smooth and quick by immediately claim your Private Health Insurance at the time of your appointment. If you need to make a payment you can pay securely with your preferred debit or credit card via our Eftpos terminal.

We are inside the F45 Gym in the Bondi Junction Street Mall in a series of private rooms. Thank to our location we have unique access to plenty of gym equipment and space that other physios do not have and that we can use to help assist you in your recovery.

Jason Wright – Principal Physiotherapist & Director

Our lead physiotherapist brings more than 15 years of experience in private practice and he is a great communicator, beyond skilled and empathic. He has many special qualifications including the Watson’s Technique for the treatment of Headaches and Migraines, the Vertigo and Vestibular Rehabilitation course and the TPI course for golfers.

Leon Harris – Physiotherapist

Leon has worked in a busy range of settings in New Zealand and Queensland including private practice, the Athlete Factory in Mt Maunganui and a high school. Leon is particularly experienced with athletes and teenagers. His approach includes injury assessment, rehabilitation, pitch-side care, and leading strength and conditioning programs in both clinical and sporting settings.

Jack McVeigh – Physiotherapist

Jack MV has a background in both hospital and athletic environments which equips him to guide clients through post-operative recovery, injury management, and return-to-play planning.
