Immediately Claim Private Health Cover

Private Health & Medicare Care Plans

We accept all private health care cards including those shown below. You can claim on your appointment day via our healthpoint terminal inside our clinic. If you pre-paid your appointment fee either online or using a package/voucher, we will provide you with the invoice after you attended your appointment and you will be able to claim your money back by uploading your invoice into your health fund app.

We also accept referrals from Individual Allied Health Care Services under Medicare for patients with a chronic medical condition and/or complex care needs (EPC care plans). You can ask your GP if you are eligible for these, or you can call us to understand more.

You may need to make a gap payment via our eftpos terminal whether you will claim your private health or your EPC plan with Medicare. To get more information on what will be the gap amount you can:

• call your health fund or check your policy benefits;
• call our clinic for info on the Medicare plan fees as these change yearly.

Workers Comp & CTP

We accept both Workers Comp and CTP Claims. If you injured yourself either at work or in a street accident and you are eligible for one of these covers, you can contact us for more info and to check our availability. If your case manager is getting in contact with us you won’t have to worry about anything.
