Jack joined the growing JW Physical Health team in April 2024. Originally from Ireland, he is well qualified and holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (Hons) from University College Dublin. Jack brings a wealth of experience to JW Physical Health in Bondi Junction, in sporting and private practice settings. He’s eager and enthusiastic at the prospect of working with clients from Bondi Junction and surrounding suburbs.
Jack has a keen interest in utilising physiotherapy and exercises to maximise functional ability and recovery from injury in all areas. This includes sporting and musculoskeletal injuries, as well as long-standing issues.
Having worked with clients of all ages, fitness and mobility, Jack draws on his experience and the latest scientific evidence to help clients reach their goals. Embodying the JW Physical Health mantra – his focus is on helping to ensure long-term success. Jack has also worked with a range of sports teams, providing pitch-side injury assessment and management.
Outside of Physiotherapy, Jack plays GAA (Gaelic Football) and other sports. This gives him detailed insight into the specific demands of the sporting environment and injury rehabilitation.
Jack has also developed interest and experience working with a non-sporting population, helping clients with issues such as chronic pain, back pain, and knee pain, he can help clients better manage their condition(s) and return to optimal functioning.
