We talk about this all the time.

One of the most common places we see runners go wrong that leads to injury is not enough STRENGTH training.

While it may seem optional and not directly related to your running goals, this is a critical aspect of maintaining proper muscular function during the running gait cycle.

And given that the weather is warming up, we thought you’d prepare you all for the running you’ll undoubtedly be doing over the summer.
